Track Your Bujomo Order

We want to make it easy for you to stay informed about your order from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door.

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information.

To check the status of your shipment:

  1. Locate the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

  2. Use the tracking information to view the latest available shipment updates.

  3. Allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives and scans your package.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Bujomo offers free standard shipping throughout Australia.

Estimated standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

My Tracking Information Hasn't Updated

It is normal for tracking information to take some time to update after a package has been dispatched.

If your tracking information has not changed immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment in its tracking system.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist you.

My Order Says "Delivered" but I Haven't Received It

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot find the package, please check:

  • Around your property and usual delivery location.

  • Your mailbox or parcel area.

  • Any safe-place location used by the carrier.

  • With household members or neighbors.

  • With your building reception or management, if applicable.

If you still cannot locate your order, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking information.
